The notice specifically indicates an intent to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Quiescence Diving Services, Inc. under the authority of 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1). The contract pertains to servicing fire department compressed breathing air systems located in Building 706, with a focus on comprehensive maintenance and diagnostic procedures. Respondents are required to indicate their business classification (e.g., small business, woman-owned, HUB Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned) and ownership status. The scope of work includes quarterly service visits, system diagnostics, air sample testing, and maintenance of specific equipment like the MAKO and HYPRES compressed air systems. All responses must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer by close of business on March 24, 2025, and must contain sufficient detail to allow evaluation of potential alternative providers. If no responses are received by the deadline, a sole source contract will be issued to Quiescence Diving Services, Inc.
