USDA Rural Development Technology Office intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract for full automated mail processing operations and print shop operational services at its One Metropolitan Square facility in St. Louis, Missouri, with a notice of intent deadline of July 22, 2026. This is not a competitive solicitation; no RFQ will be issued.
The contracting action names DMT Solutions Global Corporation, doing business as BlueCrest, Inc., as the sole source. Performance takes place at USDA Rural Development's One Metropolitan Square location (211 North Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102), a remote job entry site providing computer support functions. Contractor responsibilities include full automated mail processing and print shop operations, remedial and preventative maintenance driven by normal usage, disaster recovery and business continuity planning with annual testing, and provision of trained and qualified client service representatives for software maintenance and database services.
NAICS code 561499 (All Other Business Support Services) applies. PSC code is J036 (Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment—Special Industry Machinery). No set-aside applies. No award value is disclosed in this notice of intent.
