About this opportunity
The National Science Foundation Division of Acquisition and Cooperative Support seeks proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide Innovation and Technology Ecosystems Workshops. The workshops will bring together participants from various institutions to collaboratively develop solutions to challenges in science and technology through interactive gatherings of three to five days in length that can be fully virtual, in-person, or hybrid. Proposals will be evaluated based on the offeror's technical approach, management plan, past performance, and price. Proposals are due by February 21, 2024 at 5:00PM Eastern Time.
This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 541611 and PSC code R425. Four workshops will be held between February 2024 and February 2025 at locations including Alexandria, Virginia. Evaluation criteria include the offeror's experience facilitating cross-disciplinary collaborations and building industry-academia partnerships through workshop events.

The Ideas Lab workshop is an interactive gathering of participants interested in collaboratively developing potential solution approaches to a specific problem or a grand challenge. It is expected to be an intensive and focused meeting, typically 3 to 5 days long. It can be either fully virtual, in-person or a hybrid of the two. The Ideas Lab concept is described in the NSF PAPPG Chapter II.F.6. These events will be designed to create an interactive and free-thinking environment, where participants from a range of institutions get together and immerse themselves in collaborative thinking processes to develop meaningful and realistic solutions to a problem posed at the outset of the Ideas Lab.

Amendment 0003 - Provide consolidated questions and answers and extend the date for quotations.
