About this opportunity

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking contractors to support its Infrastructure Practice Group through three distinct procurement opportunities. These requirements focus on transportation and infrastructure services, including road transportation infrastructure, urban and rural roadways, bridges, pavement, cross-border facilities, and public transportation systems. The solicitation covers technical assistance tasks supporting MCC's program objectives during Threshold and Compact Development processes, ranging from project origination to preconstruction work. The industry day information session will be held via Microsoft TEAMS and is scheduled for 45 minutes, with participants required to register by emailing the Contracting Officer, Terri Tutt Daniel, by 6 pm Eastern Time on December 17, 2024. Interested organizations must submit their name, organization, and business size to participate in the information session.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations for these contracts. The services are intended to cover the period from country eligibility up to a Compact's Entry-into-Force, with potential continuation through detailed design and construction bidding document finalization. MCC will utilize separate consultants for transport and vertical structures if a single country requires both types of expertise. The three primary procurement areas include road transportation infrastructure services, surface transportation and vertical structures support, and infrastructure oversight for the Accelerated Growth Corridors Project in Malawi. The contracts will encompass a wide range of technical assistance, including infrastructure planning, design and construction management, integrated project management, and infrastructure policy analysis. While specific award values are not mentioned, the scope suggests comprehensive and potentially significant contract opportunities across multiple infrastructure sectors.
