About this opportunity
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is preparing to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Information Technology Application Services IV (ITAS IV) under a multi-award Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The solicitation will focus on custom computer programming services within the IT and telecom business application development support services sector. While specific evaluation criteria are not yet detailed in the pre-solicitation notice, potential vendors are encouraged to review the attached documents for preliminary information on expected requirements and scope. The FDIC is seeking vendors capable of providing comprehensive IT application services, with a focus on labor-based support for business technology applications. Interested contractors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for updates and can contact ITASIV@fdic.gov for additional information about the upcoming solicitation.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations for this contract opportunity, suggesting the competition will be open to a wide range of qualified vendors. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the current documentation. The ITAS IV BOA will be a multi-award contract, implying that multiple vendors may be selected to provide services as needed. The solicitation is classified under NAICS category 541511 for Custom Computer Programming Services and PSC category DA01 for IT and Telecom Business Application Development Support Services (Labor). While precise contract duration and total contract value are not specified, the multi-award BOA structure suggests a flexible, potentially long-term arrangement for providing ongoing IT application services to the FDIC.
