About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center (AFTC/PZIOCA) has issued a Special Notice for an Industry Day focused on Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repair services at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. The notice is intended to conduct market research and identify potential vendors capable of providing maintenance and repair services for non-real property facilities across the base and its tenants. Scheduled for May 13-14, 2025, the event will take place at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, FL. The Industry Day is an unclassified opportunity for companies to present their capabilities and solutions related to maintenance and repair services. The government emphasizes that this notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment or a formal request for proposals.

Interested contractors are required to submit a capability statement by May 1, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time to specified Air Force contacts. The submission should include a concise overview of the company's experience and expertise, a list of past performance contracts similar in scope and complexity, and a designated point of contact with full contact information. The government seeks qualified vendors who can fully address the requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement, which covers maintenance of modular facilities, containers, and temporary structures. Vendors are encouraged to propose innovative solutions and provide feedback on any potentially restrictive requirements in the Performance Work Statement. Upon review of the submitted capability statements, the AFTC/PZIOCA team will contact qualified vendors to schedule specific presentation time slots during the two-day Industry Day event.
