About this opportunity
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) and Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) are hosting an industry day on June 12, 2024 to discuss a forthcoming scientific and engineering support services requirement. The objective is to provide routine engineering services to support the development of instrumentation systems and test facilities for the ATC. Key requirements include mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software design and fabrication; systems engineering; and development of data collection systems and test facilities. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with a $10 million per year ceiling over five years ($50 million total). Past performance and experience will be evaluated, and the solicitation may be issued as a best-value tradeoff rather than lowest-price technically acceptable.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates the contract has no set-aside designation. The incumbent contractor is CRAIG. The majority of the work is expected to be less than $1 million per year, though the contract ceiling is $10 million annually. The government is seeking feedback from industry on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and encourages attendees to bring questions and recommendations to the industry day.
