About this opportunity

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) has issued a Special Notice announcing Industry Days for the upcoming Technical and Management Advisory Services (TMAS) 3 contract. This follow-on contract will be awarded as multiple task orders under the General Services Agency's OASIS Small Business (SB)+ Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The TMAS 3 contract will support task orders for multiple Air Force locations, including Eglin AFB, Arnold AFB, and Edwards AFB. These task orders will cover specific wings and test centers such as the 96 TW, 96 CTG, AEDC, and 412 TW. The contract opportunity is designed to maintain continuity of technical and management advisory services across critical Air Force testing and development facilities.

Interested contractors must RSVP for the Industry Days by January 27, 2025, by emailing specified government contacts with comprehensive company information including name, address, UEI, and CAGE code. The Industry Days will be held at three different locations: Eglin AFB on February 4, Arnold AFB on February 11, and Edwards AFB on February 19, with one-on-one sessions available by appointment at each site. Companies are limited to three attendees per event, and one-on-one sessions will be strictly focused on acquisition strategy questions with a 15-minute time limit. Eligible contractors should be small businesses capable of supporting technical and management advisory services within the OASIS SB+ contract vehicle. The government's objective is to provide potential contractors with an overview of AFTC's mission and gather input on the upcoming TMAS 3 contract acquisition strategy through these structured engagement opportunities.
