Key Personnel—a Program Manager (Bachelor's degree, current PMP certification, 10+ years program and senior-level management experience) and NAESOC Team Lead (3–5 years security systems, risk mitigation, and industrial security analysis experience)—must be in place within 7 calendar days of contract start.
The contract runs 12 months (April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028) with four 12-month option periods and an optional 6-month extension through September 30, 2032. Scope spans six task areas: International and Special Programs support (including Special Access Program portfolio and AA&E operations), Cyber Operations Division support, NISP Mission Performance analytics, Industrial Security Technologies and Strategy modernization, NAESOC remote vetting and help desk, and Industrial Security Support Research. Performance thresholds include 98% policy compliance, 95% help desk response within two business days, and 100% on-time deliverable submission. Annual workload includes approximately 700 monthly International Visit Requests, 1,000 annual remote security engagements, and 9,000 annual industry submission reviews.
