About this opportunity

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) has published a Special Notice for the Industrial Security Directorate's Senior Leadership Meeting (ISD-SLAM), a two-day leadership program for approximately 35 Industrial Security (IS) senior leadership personnel. The agency intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to the University of Virginia Darden Foundation Executive Education and Lifelong Learning for this event.

The purpose of the ISD-SLAM is to provide tailored training and experiential exercises focused on personality and group dynamics, efficiency, effectiveness, and interpersonal communication for the directorate's senior leaders. On the second day, there will also be specialized trainings related to strategic execution in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. The solicitation will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), as DCSA has determined the identified contractor is the only reasonable provider for these services. The contract is scheduled to be awarded by August 5, 2024 for the event taking place on August 28-29, 2024.
