Contractors must have personnel with at least three years of industrial hygiene survey experience and either possess a relevant advanced degree from an accredited university or hold a Board for Global EHS Credentialing Certified Industrial Hygienist certification. Central Daylight Time on Wednesday, 30 April 2025, via email to david.a.oglesby.civ@army.mil.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for this opportunity, meaning both small and large businesses can compete. While no specific award value is mentioned, the NAICS size standard suggests potential contracts up to $19 million. The scope of work covers multiple facility types including Army Aviation Support Facilities, Field Maintenance Shops, Combined Support Maintenance Shops, and Ammunition Supply Points located across North, Mid, and South regions of Mississippi. Potential service locations include cities such as Tupelo, Grenada, Jackson, Meridian, and Camp Shelby. The industrial processes that will require hygiene assessments include vehicle maintenance, battery charging, solvent use, parts washing, welding, machining, spray painting, and specialized activities like aircraft maintenance and weapons storage. This comprehensive approach indicates a thorough and complex industrial hygiene service requirement that will necessitate detailed technical expertise from potential contractors.
