This solicitation seeks firm fixed-price bids to procure 152 hydraulic accumulators identified as national stock number 2590001272921 and part number 11640231. The Army Materiel Command TACOM Life Cycle Management Command requires these accumulators and has included an option for an additional 152 accumulators as well as a requirement for one first article test unit. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition and will be competed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. 

All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered.

TDP Requirement:

Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL)

You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.  To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company.  See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf. Mail the DD Form 2345 to the address provided on the form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed.  The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP.  If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at dlacontactcenter@dla.mil.  Your firm must request access to the TDP in Beta.SAM in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP.
