About this opportunity
The Drug Enforcement Administration published a Special Notice to award a sole source contract to the South Branch Inn for hotel rooms. The DEA intends to procure 50 hotel rooms from the South Branch Inn located 8 minutes from their training facility to accommodate students attending Single Occupancy training from March 17 through March 22, 2024.
Interested vendors may submit capability statements by February 7, 2024 to be considered for the requirement, though award is anticipated to the South Branch Inn. The facility must be on the List of Approved Hotels and Motels for Federal Travelers. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 721110 for Traveler Accommodation. Vendors must have a minimum of $40 million in annual revenue to qualify as eligible for the local set-aside contract. The Special Notice provides interested contractors an opportunity to submit capability statements for consideration if they can meet the requirement, but indicates the DEA's intention to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to the pre-identified South Branch Inn.
