The estimated range is between $250,000- $500,000 dollars. It is available for full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SCOPE OF CONTRACT - May not be all-inclusive; see following specifications, drawings, and schedule of items for specific quantities and parameters. This project includes: Base Bid: a. Removing existing spurs, roads, site furniture, utilities, and other existing site features as designated. This shall include obliterating and recontouring compacted areas not covered with new features. b. Updating and replacing water distribution system. A new well and holding tank have already been installed. Tie in new waterline, yard hydrants, valves, and drains into the existing system. c. Reconstruct aggregate roads, spurs, parking areas, curbstops, and culverts. d. Construct new family units, tent pads, and pathways. Install signs, gates, bear-proof food lockers, and unit markers. 2. Optional Items: a. Install concrete picnic tables with inlaid redwood seat. b. Install pedestal utility tables. c. Install pedestal grills. d. Install campsite fire rings. e. Install tent pad border and surfacing. f. Install 3-panel kiosk.
