ANSWERS TO RFIs_4-17-2018
Q - Is it possible to review the current contract in place? Will the government provide the current number of Contractor personnel working on the cleaning teams?
A - The purpose of this new contract is to meet the need of the increase of Janitorial coverage as stated in the SOW. The number of Janitorial staff range from 2-4 depending on his staffing and clearance. The SOW is in the current contract with the owner of the leased space, I do not manage that contract or the element of that contract. The purpose of this new contract is to separate it from the lease and improve the quality of Janitorial needs at the HONOR Center. The contractor should purpose enough workers to meet the requirements of the SOW.
