The submission deadline is January 22, 2025, and all invoices for the contract will be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) - Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. While this is a sole-source notice primarily targeting Cornerstone Research Group, the government indicates it will consider all responses from interested parties.
