The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the procurement of commercial HVAC equipment, including 12 units of 4-ton heat pumps and 6 units of 3-ton heat pumps. The evaluation will be based on technical capability, delivery, and lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The solicitation document will be available on or about June 27, 2024, and quotes will be due by 4:00 PM EST on July 2, 2024.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as 1) Technical Capability, 2) Delivery, and 3) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Factors for the item listed below. The required item is for commercial item prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
