The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance, repair, minor construction, and operation of the Hartwell Project to include the Project Manager's Office, campground and day-use areas, boating access areas, dam and power plant, Clemson Pumping Station and diversion dams, and other project resources.
Services include: Cleaning Services; Mowing Services; Repair of Buildings, Structures, Mechanical, Electrical, Water Supply, and Sewage Disposal Systems; Upkeep of Grass, Trees, and Landscaped Areas; Upkeep and Repair of Government Owned Equipment, Boats, Trailers, and Attachments; Preservation and Repair of Earthen Dams, Dikes, Rip Rap, Ramps, Beaches, Berms and Bulkhead Walls: Preservation and Repair of Signs, Trails, Walkways, Roads, Barricades, Gates, Parking Areas, Wheel Stops, Fencing and Posts; Natural Resource Management; Boundary Line Clearing and Marking; Aids to Navigation, Refuse Removal, and Courtesy Dock Repair; Minor Construction and Shoreline Stabilization; Emergency Spill Response Support; Industrial Cleaning, and Elevator Maintenance and Inspections.
