This pre-solicitation notice indicates the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority; however, all responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements to demonstrate their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested parties must include their CAGE code on solicitation requests and should obtain necessary Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, and Qualified Products Lists from the DoD Single Stock Point or through ASSIST-Online. The Government will consider all proposals received within 45 days (or 30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) from the publication date of this notice. The due date for submissions is December 4, 2025. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in this pre-solicitation notice, contractors should be prepared to demonstrate their technical qualifications and ability to meet the stated requirements.
