Bidders are hereby notified of the following requirements: In order to receive the technical data package, all bidders are required to execute a Use and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Vendors must have access to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). A copy of the non-disclosure agreement may be found at:
