About this opportunity
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 5 is seeking to lease 11,290 - 11,900 ABOA square feet of office space in Farmington Hills, MI. The current lease for the government's existing office space in Farmington Hills is expiring in September 2024, and the agency is considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest by April 22, 2024, and the estimated occupancy date is September 4, 2024. The lease will have a 5-year full term and a 3-year firm term.
This opportunity is not set aside for any specific business category. The NAICS code for this requirement is likely 531120 (Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses)). There is no incumbent contractor disclosed, as this is a new lease requirement. The government has not provided any specific award value or budget range information in the pre-solicitation notice.
