About this opportunity
The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 5 is seeking to lease office space in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with a requirement for 15,723 to 17,470 rentable square feet of contiguous office space divided into four specific blocks. The space must be located within a defined area bounded by Main Street, E. Mason Street, S. Washington Street, and 57th Field Artillery Brigade Memorial Highway, and must meet strict qualifications including 24/7 accessibility, ISC Facility Security Level III compliance, and professional commercial office district standards. Expressions of interest are due by September 17, 2024, with an estimated occupancy date of April 1, 2026. Potential lessors must provide detailed documentation including building specifics, rental rates, and proof of ownership or authorization to represent the owner. The government will evaluate potential spaces based on economic advantageousness, considering factors such as relocation costs, tenant improvements, and telecommunications infrastructure.
The solicitation is not designated with any specific set-aside status, and the current lease for this office space is expiring, prompting the search for alternative accommodations. The lease will have a full term of 15 years with a firm term of 10 years, and requires 11 reserved parking spaces within the same building. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the lease will be fully serviced and must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic requirements, and sustainability. The space cannot be co-located with retail or rehabilitation centers and must not be located in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Interested parties are advised to review telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act and are warned that the government will not reimburse any costs associated with submitting expressions of interest.
