About this opportunity

This Special Notice was published by the Department of the Air Force on March 4, 2026, and concerns a GSA OASIS+ Small Business (SB) contract opportunity for a router solution supporting B-52H Crypto Modernization Production. The opportunity is set aside exclusively for small businesses and is identified as RFP 1798904 OASIS+ SB 10206. The primary contract opportunity and associated technical documents are housed on E-Buy, while this Special Notice serves to disseminate the Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) and provide access information for the Bidders' Library. The proposal submission deadline was extended by two weeks and is now set for April 28, 2026. This acquisition falls under the Engineering Services (NAICS 541330) and Aircraft, Fixed Wing (PSC 1510) categories.

The objective of this procurement is to provide potential offerors with technical information necessary to understand the B-52 Crypto Modernization Router Qualification requirements and submit competitive proposals. Interested contractors must possess an active and verified DD Form 2345 to access controlled unclassified information (CUI) disclosing militarily critical technology, which can be obtained through the DLA's Joint Certification Program. Contractors seeking access to the Bidders' Library and restricted router drawings must submit a CUI Restricted Access Request Form to the Contracting Officer, Lauren VanHook, and Contract Specialist, Michael West, along with a copy of their verified DD Form 2345. All communications and inquiries must be directed exclusively to these two government points of contact. Recent updates include a revised Cost-Price Worksheet (version dated April 17, 2026) and an updated Questions and Answers sheet available for contractor reference.
