Place of performance is Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hawaii (IMF 667). The manufacturer must be SINTEX Minerals & Services-Curimbaba Group as listed on the Approved Vendor List and authorized for the applicable Hazardous Material Control Number. Quotations must include Safety Data Sheets with the offer. Delivery terms are FOB Destination with payment Net 30 days after material acceptance.

The NAICS code is 327910 (Abrasive Product Manufacturing) with PSC 5350 (Abrasive Materials) and a small business size standard of 900 employees. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.  PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to SAM.gov.  The RFQ number is SPMYM4-26-Q-3389 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 October 1, 2025, and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.  The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address:
