Added: Aug 01, 2014 2:03 pm Modified: May 08, 2015 6:58 amTrack Changes The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, plans to solicit for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide maintenance dredging construction within the Great Lakes. The solicitation will be structured as a MATOC and may result in the award of several Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts. The total cumulative amount of the contract will not exceed $75 million and each individual task order will not exceed $3.5 million. Individual task orders will be competed among eligible MATOC awardees and will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. The MATOC will be used for maintenance dredging within the boundaries of the Great Lakes Districts which includes the Detroit, Chicago, and Buffalo Districts.

This solicitation will be set aside for small businesses and will be available on/about 15 May 2015. Award is anticipated in July 2015.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, which has a small business size standard of $27.5 million in average annual receipts for dredging projects.
