Added: Apr 04, 2012 10:10 am Modified: Apr 26, 2012 8:54 amTrack Changes The United States Air Force is contemplating the issuance of a Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for Granulated Activated Carbon Exchange at The Masachusetts Military Reservation (MMR), MA. The requirement is to be Total Small Business Set-Aside. The contract is for a one year period. Anticipated period of performance is 30 July 2012 through 29 July 2013. Interested qualified Small Businesses are invited to sumbit a cost proposal. Please review the Amendment 01 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 26 April 2012, and Statement of Work (SOW) dated 31 March 2012 (attached) and provide a complete proposal for the requested supplies.

The folowing Base support will be provided to the sucsefful bidder:
a. The Base shall furnish air, water, and on-site labor to assist with carbon exchanges.
b. The Base shall provide historical carbon TCLP results upon request.
c. The Base shall provide access to areas as needed to support the requirements of the project. Therefore, it shall be mandatory for all Contractor employees working on this project to obtain Base access passes. The acquisition of these passes will be coordinated between the Contractor, IRP office, and Base Security Police.
