THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION -- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION REPLACES NOTICE W9128F21R0097 and meets the intent of FAR Subpart 5.2.
On or about 11 August 2021 the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for “Gavin’s Point Switchyard Road Rehab”. The solicitation will close on or about 10 September 2021. This solicitation is OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESSES.
Site Visit:
The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 August 2021 at 10:00 am Central.
Address: 55245 Highway 121 (Gavins Point Project), Crofton, NE 68730.
Project Description:
The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform asphalt pavement replacement, asphalt overlay, pavement marking, and replacement and construction of curbs, gutters and storm drainage features.
The Period of Performance for this effort (including Options) is approximately 12 months.
Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
