About this opportunity
The General Services Administration intends to solicit a lease for office space in the Central Business District of Greenville, South Carolina, with expressions of interest due June 22, 2026, and target occupancy in November 2027.
The requirement is for 3,570 assignable square feet (ABOA) of contiguous office space above the first floor, with nine structured and nine reserved parking spaces. GSA is replacing the government's current lease in Greenville, which occupies approximately 3,570 ABOA square feet. The space must be fully serviced and meet all federal requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability standards. Offered space shall not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance or 0.2-percent-annual-chance floodplain.
A critical constraint is the Agency Security Review requirement: the space cannot be in a facility that is collocated with a school, daycare, or any business that would interfere with the agency's ability to complete its mission. GSA will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, weighing relocation costs including physical move, tenant improvement replication, telecommunications and security infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
Expressions of interest must include the property address, available square footage with floor plan PDF, and rental rates. Submit to Elizabeth McCullough at the GSA Office of Leasing.
