The purpose of this notice is to release the three DRAFT PWS for industry review and comment. These draft PWS do not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. These draft PWS are for planning purposes only and do not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. PROPOSALS ARE NOT SOLICITED UNDER THESE DRAFT PWS. No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of submission of responses to this Notice.
Background: DISA intends on issuing a solicitation for the Global Force Management (GFM) effort during the second quarter of FY2020. The solicitation will be for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $45,000,000.00. The solicitation will include an Industry Day as well as a code review opportunity for interested vendors. No questions and comments concerning the draft PWS shall be directed to the program office at any time. NO TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL BE ADDRESSED; ALL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE IN WRITING AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
