About this opportunity
The Air Education and Training Command (AETC) of the Department of the Air Force is seeking to procure a renewal of their GitLab software and hosting annual subscription, which expires on July 31, 2024. The GitLab software and hosting supports the AETC's Graduate Training and Management System (G/TIMS), and failure to acquire the renewal licenses would hinder development practices and introduce unnecessary risks to the code integrity in the AFNET ecosystem. This is a sole source acquisition issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the government intends to award based on initial quotes received, evaluating them for technical acceptability and price reasonableness. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM CDT on July 8, 2024.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The government is seeking a renewal of 35 GitLab Enterprise Edition Ultimate self-hosted licenses, 12 Jasper GitLab SaaS Annual Subscription Ultimate licenses, and 12 Azure Consumption licenses. The award will be for a 1-year period from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, and the place of performance is Universal City, TX 78150, USA.
