Amendment 1 does the following:
1. Establishes the site visit on June 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. Prospective contractors can meet at 1495 Chambersburg Rd.in Cumberland Township of Adams County, Pennsylvania. The site is approximately two and one-half miles northwest of the town of Gettysburg at the intersection of Chambersburg Road and Knoxlyn Road. On road parking is available of Knoxlyn Road and Belmont Road. No parking can take place on Chambersburg Pike. ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK TO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.
2. Questions submittal is extended to June 8, 2020 at 4:00 PM EST. All questions shall be submitted via email to L.J. Gravelle at LJ_Gravelle@nps.gov. No other form of submittal will be accepted.
3. Proposal due date is extended to June 18, 2020 at 4:00 PM EST. All proposals shall be submitted via email to L.J. Gravelle at LJ_Gravelle@nps.gov. No other form of submittal will be accepted.

This is a request for proposals for construction prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 140P4220R0016, Rehabilitate the Historic Wisler House at the First Shot Marker Task 1 Retaining Wall Stabilization - Gettysburg National Military Park. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/.
The project includes the removal and salvaging of the stone retaining wall for inclusion of the veneer on a concrete retaining wall along the roadway in front of the Wisler House. Work will include the demolition of the concrete retaining walls, concrete pad and concrete stairs. A new retaining wall will continue for the full front of the Wisler Home and continue in the east and west directions beyond the house to prevent the sloped ground from further sliding towards Chambersburg Road (Route 30)
This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Small Business Administration Size Standard for NAICS 238140, Masonry Contractors, is $16.5 million. Small Disadvantaged Business and HUBZone firms must be certified in accordance with solicitation clause, FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns.
Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
