About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division seeks to procure five GETAC laptops through an other-than-full-and-open-competition procurement (manufacture sole source to GETAC, with competition among authorized distributors), with proposals due August 17. The solicitation was amended on August 4 to extend the response deadline, remove CMMC requirements language, and add a detailed Statement of Work specifying technical requirements.
Place of performance and delivery is Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, California. The procurement is designated as a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. Contractors must be registered in SAM and certified through Defense Logistics Information Services to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
Required hardware includes Manufacturer Part Number S510-JMPS-2026 GETAC laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro Processor, NVIDIA A2000 ADA 8GB graphics, 2TB FIPS drive, 16.6-inch sunlight-readable touchscreen display, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, RS232/VGA ports, second LAN connection, smart card reader, dual batteries, custom BIOS, and three-year warranty. All hardware must be new condition from Original Equipment Manufacturers or certified resellers and must be TAA compliant. Delivery is requested by November 30. Evaluation criteria include price, delivery schedule, verification of authorized distributor status through the manufacturer, and CMMC Level 2 Self registration. Invoicing and payment utilize the Wide Area Workflow system with Net 30 terms. The procurement incorporates Buy American and Balance of Payments Program requirements, and DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 requiring CMMC Level 2 (Self) compliance for all contractor information systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information.
