About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center in Austin has posted a Special Notice announcing the government's intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Genesys Cloud CX3 call center products and services. This acquisition will be conducted through the NASA SEWP V (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) contract vehicle and is classified under NAICS Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and PSC Code DA10 (IT and Telecom – Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service). The procurement represents a competitive acquisition structured as a firm fixed price contract, indicating that pricing will be established and not subject to adjustment based on actual costs incurred.
The primary objective of this Special Notice is to inform potential vendors of the government's intention to pursue this acquisition and to conduct market research in compliance with FAR 7.102(a) requirements. This procurement is designated exclusively for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), limiting eligibility to firms that meet the Small Business Administration's certification criteria for this category. The contract structure includes a one-year base period followed by four optional 12-month renewal periods, providing potential for extended engagement. Interested vendors must note that while the Special Notice was posted on January 15, 2026, the stated due date of January 19, 2025 appears to be a clerical error; vendors should monitor SAM.gov and official agency channels for the actual RFQ release and submission deadline. This acquisition through NASA SEWP V offers WOSB contractors an opportunity to provide enterprise-level call center capabilities to federal agencies.
