AFTER THE SOLICITATION CLOSES, THE CONTRACTING OFFICER WILL DETERMINE IF A REVERSE AUCTION WILL BE HELD. IF A REVERSE AUCTION IS HELD, CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE REVERSE AUCTION SYSTEM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION.
