GSA requires 10,200 to 10,500 rentable square feet (ABOA) within the delineated area bounded by Freeway 126, Highway 118, Highway 232, and Highway 101. Offered space must comply with Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and cannot be located in the one-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Proposers must be familiar with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act telecommunications prohibitions as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
Expressions of interest must include building name and address, offeror contact information, available square footage by floor, and full-service rental rates per ABOA and rentable square feet inclusive of a standard GSA warm-lit shell or itemized operating costs. Third-party submissions require written consent from the property owner.
The Government currently occupies office space in Ventura under an expiring lease and is preparing to transition to a replacement property.

The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
