About this opportunity
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest for office space lease in Los Angeles, California by September 8, 2026, in response to an expiring lease that may be replaced if economically advantageous.
The target area spans from US Route 66 (north) to Interstate 10 (south), Route 405 (east) to Bundy Drive (west). GSA requires 12,904 assignable square feet of office space with two surface parking spaces and two reserved spaces. The lease structure calls for a 10-year full term with a 5-year firm term. A fully serviced lease is mandatory. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards and must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly "100-year" floodplain).
Respondents must submit expressions of interest identifying the building name and address, offeror's contact information, available assignable and rentable square feet by floor, full-service rental rates (ABOA and RSF, inclusive of standard GSA warm-lit shell), and operating costs included in full-service rates. Submissions by representatives other than owners or property managers require written consent from ownership. Entities should familiarize themselves with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act as implemented by FAR regarding telecommunications prohibitions. The Government will evaluate alternative space based on economic advantage among other factors.
