About this opportunity

The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners for a 15-year office lease in Campbell, California, with responses due October 2, 2026. The space requirement is exactly 39,346 square feet (ABOA), classified as office and specialty use, with a firm term of 10 years. The property must provide 29 structured parking spaces, all reserved.

The building and offered space must meet FSL-II standards and agency-specific security requirements. The proposed site must not be located within 640 feet of facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee as hazardous materials transportation or storage facilities, including fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, and railroad lines transporting hazardous material. Sites near bulk storage facilities, water purification centers, above-ground fuel storage, and rail yards warrant special consideration for exclusion. The property must not be within 400 feet of public defenders' offices, ICE facilities, probation offices, IRS offices, universities, other businesses, or facilities deemed unacceptable by Tenant Security. This 400-foot restriction may be waived by Tenant Security if no alternative facility is acceptable, though enhanced security requirements may then become necessary. The proposed facility should preferably not be located near low-risk facilities such as day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals, or religious, rehabilitation, or social service centers. Properties within 400 feet of facilities associated with foreign powers identified in the Tenant's National Security Threat assessment are restricted.

No set-aside applies.
