About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command is seeking sources for general Range Labor and Maintenance services across multiple training locations in Lithuania, specifically at Pabrade and Rukla Training Areas. This Sources Sought Notice is a market research initiative to assess vendor capabilities for performing maintenance and labor services. Interested vendors must provide detailed information including company identification (DUNS, CAGE code), small business status, potential subcontracting arrangements, and past experience with similar projects. Evaluation will focus on vendors' ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, emergency repair capabilities, and relevant experience in the geographic area. Responses are limited to five pages and must be submitted via email to Diego Caula by 12:00 PM Central European Time on December 27, 2024.
The opportunity is designated as a Local Area Set-Aside with the NAICS code 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) and Product Service Code J069 (Maintenance/Repair of Training Aids and Devices). No specific award value or budget range is currently disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation emphasizes the need for vendors with multilingual capabilities, appropriate certifications, and necessary equipment to perform maintenance services. While this is currently a market research exercise, the notice indicates potential future formal solicitation through a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP). Vendors are advised that this notice does not constitute a commitment to contract and that they should monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information about the requirement.
