About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Medical Command is seeking to procure a rugged, portable, and accurate FTIR Multigas analyzer kit known as the GASMET GT5000-HS Monitor. This kit is designed to provide a cost-effective solution for health and safety air quality monitoring by offering dual functionality: the quantification of 50 gases simultaneously and the identification of unknown gases directly in the field. The kit utilizes an advanced library search feature that leverages the NIST/EPA reference library of over 5,000 gases to identify organic and inorganic gases at sub-ppm levels. Key applications for this kit include industrial hygiene, hazmat, first responders, and container fumigation.
This opportunity is not set aside, and the agency has not specified any potential incumbents or current contractors. The agency has not provided any information regarding the potential award value or budget range, nor have they specified the quantity of goods or timeline for services.
