The anticipated performance period is 400 calendar days, with solicitation planned for Summer 2025. BLM anticipates requiring bid, performance, and payment bonds from the selected contractor. The project site is located at 380 South 100 West, Hanksville, Utah 84734, and will involve comprehensive demolition and reconstruction of the existing field station office complex.
