The solicitation does not specify evaluation criteria in the excerpt provided, though the facility's ability to meet the stated environmental and rating requirements will be critical factors. Proposals are due by March 9, 2026, providing a one-week window from the March 2, 2026 posting date for interested contractors to submit their responses.
