This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items seeks one quantity group consisting of five specific line items from Magnatag Inc., including wall full height sliding panel systems, glass whiteboard systems, and a magnetic timeline calendar. The procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.106 as a sole source acquisition, with the government intending to negotiate with only one source. Evaluation will be based on a combination of factors including fair and reasonable price, meeting supply specifications, meeting delivery timeframe, and contractor responsibility, with price being a significant factor. All quotations must be submitted by 11:00am HST on August 1, 2025, with delivery required by August 31, 2025. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include completed FAR 52.212-3 forms with their submissions.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is unrestricted, operating under NAICS code 337214 with a small business size standard of 1,100 employees. The solicitation specifically identifies Magnatag Inc. as the targeted sole source supplier based on market research indicating they are the only viable source for the specific whiteboard and cabinet requirements. While the total contract value is redacted in the justification documents, the procurement utilizes FY2025 funding from Operations, Maintenance & Modifications, Operations, and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation accounts. The contract involves delivering one quantity group of specialized office furniture systems within a 30-day delivery window. Performance will occur at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Emergency Operations Center, located at 75 H Street, Building 1200, JBPHH, Hawaii 96853, with FOB Destination terms applying to the delivery requirements.
