About this opportunity

The National Guard Bureau has issued a Special Notice for the FY24 Army National Guard (ARNG) Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference to be held on May 1-2, 2024 at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, VA. The conference will be hosted by the National Guard Bureau and is intended to bring together ARNG portfolio managers and state/territorial/district operations and logistics officers to evaluate equipment capability gaps.

The purpose of the conference is to identify and validate capability gaps that will become candidates for procurement using National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) Appropriation Funds. Vendors are invited to display their products and capabilities at the conference on a first-come, first-served basis, with vendor setup beginning on April 31, 2024. However, vendors will be restricted to the exhibit floor and will not be allowed to participate in government breakout sessions or out-briefs. This is not a "bidder's conference," and the government will not assume liability for vendor participation costs. Interested vendors should work directly with the National Conference Center for booth space and other information.
