About this opportunity

The Department of the Army, specifically the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG), is seeking contractor support for the operations, maintenance, sustainment, and commercial cloud hosting of the Data Housing and Reports Tool (DHART) Suite. This pre-solicitation notice outlines requirements for maintaining and modifying software that supports law enforcement training and reporting capabilities for the US Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive software knowledge, addressing change requests, resolving deficiency reports, implementing field-generated enhancements, and providing strategic analysis for potential application modifications. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the notice, the contractor must demonstrate technical expertise in software maintenance and the ability to adapt to evolving military law enforcement requirements. The pre-solicitation was posted on January 10, 2025, with responses due by January 13, 2025, indicating a very tight response window.

The pre-solicitation notice does not specify a specific set-aside designation, meaning the opportunity appears open to all qualified contractors. No incumbent contractor or specific award value is mentioned in the document. The scope of work involves supporting law enforcement training and reporting tools across multiple military branches, suggesting a potentially complex and comprehensive contract. The DHART Suite requires ongoing maintenance and potential expansion to meet emerging functional and technical requirements of Army, Navy, and Marine Corps law enforcement and security forces. While the exact contract duration is not specified, the notice implies a need for continuous software support and potential future development to align with evolving military law enforcement program needs.
