The training will be conducted in-person at Building 38 in Fallbrook, California, specifically in Norco, CA 92860, from April 28-30, 2025. All students are required to bring laptops and attend in person, and they will receive certificates upon course completion. The course will be delivered at a post-graduate level and will include study materials accessible via laptop or phone. Instructors must submit qualifications related to explosives training, and students will take an open-book exam at the conclusion of the program.
