About this opportunity

Defense Logistics Agency Aviation anticipates soliciting a fuel feed cell for aircraft (NSN 7R-1680-015293697-V2) with a response deadline of October 5, 2026; this is a sole-source procurement restricted to Government-approved suppliers only.

The requirement is for 77 units, delivery FOB origin. The part is flight-critical and lacks adequate technical data in Government possession to support full and open competition. Only sources previously approved by the Government may submit proposals.

Unapproved sources may compete only by submitting source approval documentation with their proposal, drawn from the applicable NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Source Approval Information Brochure for either spares or repair work, along with technical data demonstrating production experience with identical or similar items. If source approval is already under NAVSUP WSS evaluation, offerors must include a copy of the source approval request cover letter with their offer. Proposals lacking required source approval data will be rejected.
