About this opportunity
Naval Sea Systems Command seeks procurement of an FSW26 Signal and Spectrum Analyzer from Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., with proposals due July 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. This is a sole-source procurement under FAR Part 12; the contracting officer determined that Rohde & Schwarz is the only known vendor capable of meeting the full set of required performance specifications, particularly its exceptionally low displayed average noise level, ultra-narrow RBW filters, and advanced demodulation and vector signal analysis capabilities unavailable from competing manufacturers.
Place of performance is Crane, Indiana. The equipment specified includes an FSW26 Signal and Spectrum Analyzer with 2 Hz to 26.5 GHz frequency range and −153 dBm to 30 dBm measurement range, along with OCXO precision frequency reference, spare SSD with firmware, RF preamplifier, 8 GB IQ Memory extension, pulse measurement application, AM/FM/PM modulation, transient measurement application, real-time spectrum analyzer with 800 MHz bandwidth and 2 GHz signal analysis bandwidth, and accredited calibration certificate. The acquisition consists of one base analyzer and eleven optional hardware and software enhancements across twelve line items. Delivery is required by November 5, 2026, with all items subject to 12-month warranty beginning upon final acceptance. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. Terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 334515; PSC is 6625. Though this is a sole-source action, all responsible sources may submit capability statements for agency consideration. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov.
