About this opportunity

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Financial Services - Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) for a Tier membership subscription that provides critical cybersecurity and threat intelligence services for the financial sector. The membership will include comprehensive services such as user access credentials for 50 individuals, crisis notifications, government and partner alerts, 24x7 watch desk support, threat conference calls, industry best practices, and governance access. FS-ISAC serves as the operational arm of the financial services public-private partnership established under Presidential Policy Directive 63 to protect financial sector critical infrastructure through information sharing mechanisms. While this is a sole-source procurement, the government will consider competitive responses that demonstrate equivalent capabilities and functionality to the FS-ISAC services. Interested companies must submit responses by 5:00 PM EST on July 7, 2025, including company information, DUNS number, point of contact details, and detailed descriptions of products that can fulfill the same functions as the FS-ISAC membership services.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and appears to continue services that the OCC is currently receiving from FS-ISAC. The contract structure contemplates a base period plus four twelve-month option periods, indicating a potential five-year total contract duration beginning August 12, 2025. The membership subscription will provide access for 50 individual users within the OCC organization, demonstrating the scale of personnel who will utilize these cybersecurity intelligence services. No solicitation package will be issued for this procurement, and the government reserves full discretion in determining whether to proceed with the sole-source approach or conduct a competitive procurement based on any responses received. The contracting officer will make the final determination regarding competition solely based on whether submitted responses adequately demonstrate equivalent capabilities to the FS-ISAC services.
