Key contractor responsibilities encompass business case development, spend plan management, InterAgency Agreement tracking, financial reporting, monthly planning, and performance reporting activities. The tight timeline requires interested small business contractors to submit proposals within eleven days of the posting date. To participate, contractors must meet small business certification requirements and demonstrate capability in IT governance, portfolio management, and financial management support services tailored to federal IT operations.
