The contract period spans five years, consisting of a base year from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, and four additional 12-month option periods extending through March 31, 2030. The total potential award value is $47,000,000, with services to be performed at various locations in Fort Peck, Montana, including Operations areas, Flat Lake, Downstream, and West End Recreation Areas. Garbage collection will involve both 300-gallon and 96-gallon receptacles, with pickup frequencies varying by location and season. Contractors must perform services between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM on scheduled pickup days, with specific provisions for holiday and weekend collections, and ensure all workers are paid at least $17.75 per hour in compliance with Executive Order 14026.
